Ordering Information
We accept written orders by post or fax from credit
approved customers. For orders placed on account, our payment terms are 30 days from the
invoice date. Telephone orders require written confirmation before any goods can be
dispatched. Customers without credit approval will be sent a proforma invoice on receipt
of an order.
Alternatively, we accept payment by most major
credit/debit cards including MasterCard, VISA, VISA Electron, Switch and Solo. Please contact us for information on how to order by
credit/debit card.
A delivery charge of £15 (excluding VAT) applies to
all orders placed for delivery within the UK. Orders for delivery outside the UK will be
charged at cost. Subject to credit approval, we offer a next-day delivery service for
products available from stock. A copy of our Terms & Conditions of Business is
available on request.
